Andrea Anders
Anders is from Madison, Wisconsin. She was born in DeForest and now lives with her family in Los Angeles. She graduated from DeForest Area High in DeForest in 1993. Then, in 1997, she received an undergraduate degree in fine arts from University of Wisconsin Stevens Point. In 2001 she received a master's degree in fine art in fine arts from Rutgers University. Anders dated Matt LeBlanc from 2006 until 2015. They dated on the set of Joey, the cancelled sitcom. Sean Anders, director of Sex Drive and Never Been Thawed (anders.com) is her brother. Anders started working in theaters in the year 2001. She was in Elaine Robinson, the Broadway version of The Graduate's Elaine Robinson. On the Jump was her debut appearance on the Arena Stage. New Doors took place at the Guthrie Theater. The two New York Stage & Film productions: Cold/Tender & New World Rhapsody were also created in the hands of New York Stage & Film. Anders first appeared as Jeannie in Fat Pig on the Geffen Playhouse stage. Fat Pig was closed by July 1st 2007. Anders played Jeannie, an accountant. Anders debut TV appearance came in the Dannon advertisement which ran through the middle of the 1990s. In the following years, she was on television around the year 2006. Anders is most well-known because of her roles on Joey (as lawyer Alex Garrett) and The Class in the role of Nicole Allen (nee Campbell), an ex-football player's wife. Both shows were cancelled despite her appearance in each episode. Anders also appeared in guest roles in One Life to Live and Law & Order. She was an actor in The Guiding Light. The actress appeared in five shows of HBO's dramatic series Oz in 2003, playing Donna Degenhart. In 2004 she portrayed Heather on The Stepford Wives. And in 2008, Brandy made a small appearance in Sex Drive as Brandy on Sex Drive. Anders also appeared in the show Numb3rs in the year 2008. Anders made appearances in two unfulfilled TV pilots. Spellbound, News To Me. Then, Anders was cast in Better Off Ted, a single-camera workplace comedy created by Victor Fresco for ABC.
